Stefan Sander Grods – Project Manager | Danske Bank

Stefan Sander Grods is responsible for the global project, High Performance Teams, across Danske Bank. Until now, Stefan and his corps have delivered HR data-driven performance insights to +350 teams globally with the purpose of improving team dynamics, trust and higher customer centricity through facilitated dialogue. Moreover, Stefan is heavily involved in and supporting the large agile transformation within Danske Bank, where he ensures leadership- and team development that enable a growth mind-set and a higher agile maturity across the organisation. 

 

Stefan Sander Grods holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and is passionate about explaining team behavioural mechanisms and helping them unleashing their performance potential.
