Anna Hamilton has operated within in the field of organizational development for many years. During the last years she has focused on datadriven organizations and people analytics at companies such as H&M, Discovery Networks and the Bonnier Group. She has taken part of and also acted as Project Manager for implementation of larger HR-systems. Through her projects she has learned that the onboarding of the users and teaching them how to make the change in their digital behaviour, is crucial for success of any digital tool.


Eva Lindvik has broad and extensive experience within leadership development. She has a Bachelor´s degree in Behavioural science and various certifications for several leadership tools. Eva has founded both “Capacitet” within Wise Group and a much listened to pod called “Påjobbetpodden” (at work pod). Three years ago Eva founded “Doings by House of Impact”, a consultant agency within change management. Eva is also a coach and a frequently engaged lecturer within employee engagement and motivation.
