Moderator: Stefan Sander Grods – Product Owner & Team Lead | Danske Bank

Stefan Sander Grods is responsible for the global project, High Performance Teams, across Danske Bank. Until now, Stefan and his corps have delivered HR data-driven performance insights to +350 teams globally with the purpose of improving team dynamics, trust and higher customer centricity through facilitated dialogue. Moreover, Stefan is heavily involved in and supporting the large agile transformation within Danske Bank, where he ensures leadership- and team development that enable a growth mind-set and a higher agile maturity across the organisation. 

Stefan Sander Grods holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and is passionate about explaining team behavioural mechanisms and helping them unleashing their performance potential.

 

Panelists

1. Alessandro Linari – Head of People Analytics | Vodafone UK

Alessandro is a data scientist with 20 year experience with data and technology across multiple sectors including telecom, IT, consultancy and finance. He leads People Analytics in Vodafone UK and his main focus is to support the business to make data driven decisions. Prior to joining Vodafone, Alessandro worked for Aon, where he specialised in developing analytical solutions to support the People Strategy of his Clients. Alessandro holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Bologna (Italy).

 

2. Søren Kold – Head of People Analytics | Hempel

With a career in People Analytics spanning close to 15 years, Søren is a very experienced leader and practitioner in the field. He held positions as Head of Analytics for Ennova, Head of People Analytics with Grundfos, and recently he joined Hempel at the beginning of 2021 as Head of People Analytics. 

Søren has gained excellent experience throughout his career in linking people and business data to a business outcome, building People Analytics functions and setting the strategic agenda. Specifically, Søren has extensive knowledge of People Analytics strategy, employee engagement and experience, employee turnover, measurements and HR-related metrics, research methods, and organizational behaviour. He is a co-developer of the Global Employee and Leadership Index (GELx) framework and an international conference regular; speaker and panellist. 

 

3. Alceu Corrocher Junior – Head of People Analytics – Business Unit Managed Services | Ericsson

Engineer by education, 25 years in Telecom Industry in diverse technical and administrative positions, Alceu has moved under Human Resources when Ericsson started its journey in the Workforce Planning and Analytics practice. Currently, Alceu is working at the company’s headquarters in Sweden, as head of workforce analytics for Managed Services, the second biggest business unit of Ericsson.
