Jessica Hosking – HR Data, Insights and Reward Manager | The Financial Times

Jessica Hosking is the HR Data, Insight and Reward Manager at the Financial Times. In her role she is responsible for analytics and insight in personnel trends, opportunities and forecasting as well as data access, privacy and HR digital transformation. In addition, she leads the reward function and is involved in establishing the company reward strategy and direction.Obtaining a Masters in applied statistics and with an Honours degree in statistics, Jessica started out as a business analyst and HR consultant in the mining sector. She worked in this capacity for 6 years before moving into the media sector as the Global HR Data Analyst. Having demonstrated expertise in HR systems, Jessica took on a more systems focused role as the HRIS Lead before moving to the FT.
