Lasse Thorenfeldt – Lead People Analytics Specialist | Grundfos
Lasse has nearly 14 years of experience in People Analytics, HR, and IT management of data visualization & business intelligence systems like Tableau at well-known international companies like Google, Twitter, Yext, and Grundfos. After receiving his BA in Psychology from Stanford University in 2008, Lasse spent the next 4.5 years at Google’s California headquarters working first in a rotational program in People Operations (HR), and then developing his passion for People Analytics on the Google People Analytics team. From 2013 to 2019, he spent just over six years at Twitter in San Francisco, first as the founding member of the People Analytics team, and from 2016 to 2019 as an IT Engineer in charge of the corporate instance of Tableau on the IT Enterprise Applications team. In 2019 Lasse made the jump back into People Analytics as Director of People Analytics at Yext until he moved back to Denmark during the pandemic in 2021. Since August 2021 Lasse has been on the People Analytics team at Grundfos.
Richard Doherty – Senior Director Solution Marketing | Workday
Richard Doherty is senior director solution marketing at Workday with EMEA-wide responsibilities for Workday’s HCM applications. Prior to joining Workday, Richard was part of a team that pioneered cloud based recruiting and talent management solutions in Europe. Joining Jobpartners as one of the first employees in 2000, Richard held a number of positions across professional services, sales and marketing, helping Jobpartners grow into one of the market leaders in Europe. In 2011 Jobpartners was acquired by Taleo, the cloud recruiting and talent management leader at the time. Richard subsequently spent time at Taleo and Oracle as HCM Strategy Director before joining Workday in 2015. Richard holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
