Rami has worked in the pharmaceutical and data industry for the past 20 years with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development. His previous responsibilities include leadership roles in Clinical Research, Leadership Development, People Insights and Employee Experience.

Rami holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Harvard University and an EMBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
