Henrik Bentzen – Co-Found and Chief Technology Officer | Join21

Entrepreneur technologist devoted to opportunities offered by technology for business and people.
Bentzen holds a First Class Honors bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Strathclyde, Scotland, a Project Management leadership course from Norwegian Business School and a Telenor Strategy Execution Program from INSEAD.
Bentzen have extensive experience from driving change inside large organizations such as Telenor, both as Project Director for an organizational change project “Way of Work”, building a new line of Digital (Cloud) Business for Telenor and large transformation programs where Telenor reorganized the IS/IT infrastructure (Ultra program). Common for these initiatives is that Bentzen have had a driver role were vision, direction and execution capacity has been key for the successes.
Prior to starting up JOIN21 AS, he was part of the management team and built up a new cloud broker business for Telenor Cloud Services. Bentzen has more than 20 years of experience from Telecom and more than 10 years of experience from delivering private and public cloud services.
He has been a project leader for several large programs in Telenor including several cross functional teams from technology, HR, sales and marketing, legal, unions and top management
