Dr. Lei Pan is HR Analytics Manager at Shell, leading a team of data scientists deriving insights from people and business data to provide evidence and solution to people related decisions. Before joining Shell she was senior economist at ING, analytics product manager at Elsevier, and assistant professor in economics at Wageningen University. Lei holds a PhD in economics from VU University Amsterdam and an MPhil in economics from Tinbergen Institute and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
