I will be talking about our mission to create value through the delivery of actionable people data insights enabling better business decisions. I will briefly describe the actions we took to develop strategy as well as implement visualization tool for our stakeholders and customers and of course I will summarize where we are now and what are the key lessons learned.

Manana Rtskhiladze – Global Workforce Analytics Lead | Electrolux

I am an experienced People Analytics professional with international background and passion for HR and specifically for transforming HR towards more business driven function. I have Masters degree in Organizational Psychology as well as Business Administration with the focus on HR. I am originally from Georgia but have moved 10 years ago to Netherlands and later on to Sweden. After finishing my studies in Netherlands I have been working for Nike European Headquarters where I first started to use insights in order to drive decision making within HR. in 2016 I have moved to Sweden and have been working at Electrolux. My first years at Electrolux I was part of a bigger project of HR digitalization which entitled implementation of global HR system for all people processes with the main focus of defining people data points for the processes as well as for future reporting & analytics. Later on my focus has mainly been supporting analytics requests as well as working on people analytics strategy, deciding which KPIs we would like to measure keeping in mind the business needs and implementation of data visualization tool which would allow our customers and stakeholders to access real time HR dashboards.
