Engineer by education, 25 years in Telecom Industry in diverse technical and administrative positions, Alceu has moved under Human Resources when Ericsson started its journey in the Workforce Planning and Analytics practice. Currently, Alceu is working at the company’s headquarters in Sweden, as head of workforce analytics for Managed Services, the second biggest business unit of Ericsson.
