He is a driver of Workday’s People and Finance analytics in Nordics and covers also Workday’s workforce planning and employee engagement solutions. He has been with Workday now two years. Before joining Workday he has worked for SAP and Telia.

Miikka Åkerman has a background in Analytics and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) from the past two decades. While working in architect roles Miikka has maintained a hands-on approach to his work and aimed to absorb and understand the impact of new technologies and solutions.
